Working with wicked Auto was an unbelievably positive experience. I had contacted the dealership by email and mentioned that I was going to come in and take a look at the car on Saturday morning around noon. Kenny met me at the door and called me by name. He showed me the car and clearly explained the issues and strengths of the specific automobile. He readily offered me and opportunity to drive the car and it it drove very well. I made an offer which he did not accept but came back with a counter offer that seemed very fair to me. I bought the car and I'm very happy with it. I mentioned that I was not sure when I might be able to pick it up because I lived 90 minutes away. After about 10 minutes said that he had two people who worked for him who would drive it to my home. That was above and beyond what I expected from him. If you need a car this is a great business to deal with. I will be dealing with him if I need a used car in the future Ed

Great experience from start to finish! I brought my mechanic with me to check out a work van. I have been in the market for a work van for a while and the price was fair compared to what I’ve seen out there.

Kenny was honest and let us inspect the vehicle thoroughly. He showed us the Car Fax and receipts of some work that was recently done. We did not find anything wrong with the van (other than a blinker bulb out which he replaced for us). I came back in the next day to buy the van and he even gave it one last wash for me!

I’m sure I’ll be back the next time I’m looking for a vehicle. Highly recommend working with Kenny!

We were in the market for a car for my sister with a $20k budget, and boy is that world filled with sharks, sleezy characters, and incredible levels of frustration. We went out to Wayland, excited about a car, only to realize the dealership was trying to pass off a smoker car, with $499 of “ceramic” coating and $1,000 for a “LoJack” tacked on top of the price. Then we tried another dealer in Jenison, where the car was incredibly dirty and they implied we could just wash it, and the brakes were warped but they tried to blame it on “rain the previous night” until their own mechanic admitted it was actually warped rotors.

By that point we were pretty disheveled, but we saw a listing for Wicked Autos and decided to muster up the energy to get disappointed one more time. What we found was a breath of fresh air. The cars were meticulously maintained, super clean, already had ceramic coating, and every one had a great maintenance history.

Kenny himself was incredibly nice, let us try a bunch of vehicles, and we ended up with a car that made my sister genuinely giddy with joy. Watching someone you love get teared up over a car is a pretty incredible feeling. I feel really lucky we stumbled onto Kenny. I couldn’t recommend him more.
